Standard shipping Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• Shipping time: within Switzerland usually 3-5 days
  
• Note: Early-Bird designs are custom-made in our studio after ordering. From 3D printing and silicone mold creation to alabaster casting, drying, and careful framing, each model undergoes several manual production steps. Therefore, readiness for shipping is approximately 2 weeks later than for in-stock models.

• For shipping, we try to avoid plastic as much as possible for the sake of the environment 
  
  
• We pack the models extremely securely. Including cardboard corner and edge protection
  
  
• Please refer to the checkout process for shipping costs
  
  
• Transport Guarantee: Should a print nevertheless be damaged, please inform us immediately upon receipt, and we will send you a replacement without delay

Shipping to the EU

• Shipping to EU countries is now possible. If it is not yet possible in your country: Please feel free to contact us 
  

• The shipping time is usually 5–8 business days – depending on the country and delivery service, it may take a little longer in some cases.

• No customs duties for you – we cover all import duties.

• The transport guarantee naturally also applies to our EU customers. Should a print nevertheless be damaged, please inform us immediately upon receipt, and we will send you a replacement without delay.
